- CoC “Trainer” (T) gripper (100 lbs.): Close to 10mm for 4 sets of 5 reps with left hand. (Posted: Nov 20, 20. Achieved Feb 6, 2021.)
- Side-Lunge Stretch: Planted foot (in shoes) flat on floor while doing this stretch, rather than going up on the ball of plant foot. (Posted: Oct 4, 20. Achieved: Jan 17, 2021.)

- Standing Dumbbell Bicep Curls: 30 lbs. x 4 sets x 8 reps. (Posted: Mar 26, 21.)
- Back Bridge using hands: Touch nose to mat. (Posted: Feb 4, 21.)
- Hook tips of fingers behind back: Like in this article. (Posted: Jan 24, 21.)
- Arnold Presses: 35 lbs. for 4 sets of 8 reps. (Posted: Nov 20, 20.)
- CoC “Trainer” (T) gripper (100 lbs.): Close for one set, five times with each hand. (Posted Oct 4, 20.)
- Close to 4mm for 4 sets of 5 reps with left hand. (Posted: Feb 6, 21.)
- Full Squats: Perform a set of 100 without stopping. (Posted: Oct 4, 20.)
- Dead Bugs: Perform a set of 100 (two-count reps) without stopping. (Posted: Oct 4, 20.)

- Spring Bar: Fully bent heavy spring bar for 4 sets of 8 repetitions utilizing both supinated and pronated grips. (Posted: Oct 17, 20. Achieved: Nov 19, 20.)
- CoC Gripper (T): Closed to 14mm with my left hand for 4 sets of 5 reps (Posted: Oct 19, 20. Achieved: Nov 17, 20.)

Yes, that has been a problem for me in the past — I’ve established lofty, pretty much unachievable goals and ended up not achieving them. Another pitfall I decided to avoid is putting a timeline on things. I figure as long as I’m working on it then I’m good and the act of posting the workouts on the blog should keep my frame of mind good for that. In the past I would set a timeline and then when it became apparent I was going to miss the deadline instead of continuing I’d give up and go do something else, and this is true for me with many things other than working out. Definitely the case, for example, with miniatures. Live and learn and adjust, I guess.
