    • Yes, that has been a problem for me in the past — I’ve established lofty, pretty much unachievable goals and ended up not achieving them. Another pitfall I decided to avoid is putting a timeline on things. I figure as long as I’m working on it then I’m good and the act of posting the workouts on the blog should keep my frame of mind good for that. In the past I would set a timeline and then when it became apparent I was going to miss the deadline instead of continuing I’d give up and go do something else, and this is true for me with many things other than working out. Definitely the case, for example, with miniatures. Live and learn and adjust, I guess.
